What we have to offer when you visit
The Curlew Café & Bar
Come and enjoy a hearty breakfast, special of the day, or delicious home-made cakes & bakes, whilst enjoying the beautiful countryside views from our wooden decking area.
Our menu is filled with a tempting range of delicious treats for you to enjoy—many of which are baked on-site using locally-sourced ingredients or obtained from our favourite local suppliers.
As a special treat, you can relax and catch up with friends or family over an Afternoon Tea (pre-booked only).
Items from the Curlew bar are available daily from 11am onwards, during our special evening events and on selected evenings (seasonal opening times apply).
The Paddocks
Welcome to the Paddocks at High Farm. Come and meet our quirky collection of animals & birds. With a mixture of unusual breeds and some exotic surprises alongside the cute & friendly “regulars” there’s plenty to amuse and entertain visitors of all ages. Our feed pots and feeding chutes help to encourage close up encounters and our activity centre/kiosk has drawing & craft materials available for children to take part in some of our fun seasonal exhibitions and competitions, or to make something to take home as a special souvenir! Drinks, snacks, ice-cream & other tempting treats are also on hand (and a selection of items from the Curlew Cafe may be available to order).
On Site Playground
Situated within the Paddocks area, and included in the entrance fee, our playground is a great way for your children to burn off some energy during your visit to High Farm Holiday Park, with seating inside the playground and on the decked area of the activity centre/kiosk so you can keep a watchful eye over them as they have fun & explore.
Dog walking area, wildlife ponds and developing woodland.

Easily accessed from the accommodation Railway Wagons and Touring/Camping pitches or a pleasant stroll from the Cafe and Paddocks areas you can get closer to nature wandering around the ponds and along the paths amongst the native trees, watching for signs of our varied local wildlife. You may be lucky enough to hear the strange and wonderful call of the curlews, calming wood pigeons or catch a glimpse of more elusive wild birds & mammals.
